I love the ability to help people learn new skills. The concept of 'scaffolding' is a great way to teach. I must be aware of the individual students current level, be able to quickly assess strengths, and weakness, and therefore push the learner on to the next learning step/target.
I'm a very animated teacher, I love to express myself and be a role model for all students no matter what their confidence levels are. Lastly, I dislike talking 'at' the learner, I want to talk 'with' the learner. Students must participate 100%, and be ready to make mistakes, and not worry about that. Keep going, practice makes perfect!

Unique teaching method based on building social skills rather than memorisation, grammar, and "repeat after me".
I'm a NATIVE English speaker, and qualified school teacher.
Only accepting serious students who have a DESIRE to USE the language, and better their skills via SOCIAL INTERACTION, and not via artificial classroom based methods such as drilling, and spoon feeding.
Humor is my key tool, and I'm a very charismatic person. Teaching involves making connections with their students based on understanding what each different individual needs. Lastly not all methods work for everyone. Therefore Teachers must also be extremely patient, and flexible, and be able to switch methods.
