Hello! I am Bhavik. I am a passionate and dedicated educator eager to help students unlock their potential and build genuine confidence in mathematics and physics. I recently graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering. My academic journey also includes completing the IB Diploma Programme, where I achieved a top score of 7 in Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches Higher Level (Math AA HL).
My teaching philosophy centers entirely on conceptual clarity over mindless formula memorization. Because I am a recent graduate and will soon start my master's, I am uniquely close to the student experience; I vividly remember the hurdles of tackling complex secondary school curricula and know exactly what study habits and exam techniques yield top results.
I believe that anyone can excel in STEM when abstract theories are translated into clear, logical steps. My goal is to create an encouraging, patient environment where students feel completely comfortable asking questions. I look forward to working closely with you to transform challenging topics into your greatest strengths!

As a fresh graduate from HKUST with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering and an IBDP alumnus (achieving a perfect score of 7 in Mathematics AA HL and a 6 in Physics HL), I bring a deep, practical understanding of maths and physics concepts. My engineering background allows me to bridge abstract textbook theories with real-world applications, making complex topics highly relatable and easier to grasp.
My target audience includes students up to Grade 10 or Year 11 who are looking to strengthen their foundations in mathematics and physics, prepare for upper-secondary board tracks, or build structural problem-solving confidence.
My teaching style is highly patient, interactive, and structured. I break down daunting, multi-step principles into simple, digestible components. Our typical course flow begins with a brief conversation to assess the student's current gaps, followed by core conceptual breakdowns, step-by-step guided practice, and eventually, independent analytical problem-solving. I aim to foster true logical understanding rather than rote memorisation.
