Hello everyone! My name is Queenie, and I’m from Taipei, Taiwan. I am currently an elementary school teacher and also teach Mandarin Chinese to adult learners. I truly enjoy language and cultural exchange, and I hope to help students from different countries learn Chinese in an easier and more enjoyable way. My teaching philosophy is to help students learn Mandarin in a natural, practical, and interactive environment. I believe the most important part of learning a language is being able to use it in real life. Therefore, in my classes we not only learn from textbooks, but also practice daily conversations, real-life expressions, and cultural communication. I design lessons based on each student’s level and learning goals, helping them gradually improve their listening, speaking, and confidence in communication. In addition to conversation practice, I also provide Chinese writing and essay correction, helping students improve their grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure so their Chinese becomes more natural and fluent. Through a relaxed yet structured learning approach, my goal is to help students not only learn Mandarin well, but also better understand Taiwanese culture and daily life. I look forward to learning Mandarin together with you in class!
