I have experience of teaching Russian people (adults and children)Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Their Chinese proficiency ranges from zero to HSK5. I had studied Foreign Language Teaching as the specialization of my master’s degree, and I was studying if I applied AI to foster Chinese learning, how it’s going to work. I personally love traditional classroom but I’m also open-minded to apply something new in the courses. About myself, I speak Chinese, English, Russian, Hakka, Taiwanese and limited French. Hello everyone! My course is mostly targeting adults who is totally a beginner, but I also teach students who has higher level. I can handle each level even you are learner who starts from zero. I teach General Chinese and I teach HSK too but personally tend to teach General Chinese. My courses are flexible , I always design different materials according to learners’ needs. Of course, if you want to use a specific textbook we can do that, either. In my course, I use pictures and real-life conversations to foster learners’ learning progress. Usually I’m using task-based approach, give learners a task and they need to accomplish it by working with peers and so on. If it’s 1v1 course, the student will need to finish the task by cooperating with me. In addition, I tend to use Chinese to teach Chinese, even though it’s in the first lesson. I understand that language barriers are not easy to overcome, when it’s necessary I will switch to the other languages to explain the point, so you don’t have to worry about that in my class. Here’s my experience: My students are totally beginners, but after the first class they are already able to say a complete sentence, such as 我喜歡打籃球。（I like to play basketball)
